The location on the main road at Roundabout made it easy to find .We needed to book the disabled room.Room was clean and a good size with both a Queen bed and a single bed ,table and chairs Bathroom was big and the fold down seat in the large shower and having a hand-held shower were very useful.Parking at the door and room being on the ground floor made access easy.Windows are double glazed and kept room quiet and warm and made sleeping easy in large comfortable bed.Hot water was great and room was air-conditioned but we didn't need it.

Our room was warm and comfortable, with all the expected basics provided. The bathroom was not large but the shower was excellent. Plenty of hot water, instantly. Parking at the door. Our ground floor room was very quiet.

We were only in Bathurst for one night, so we were looking for something reasonably priced, comfortable, and warm. Wasn't a palace, but ticked the boxes. Was clean, large bathroom, and front desk was helpful and friendly
